Xtra Kenzel Limited (XKL) is a Nigerian company bringing solar energy, remote security and digital systems to homes, offices and institutions — trading under the consumer brand Kenzel Solar. The company was formed after months of field research across South Eastern cities confirmed strong, fast-growing demand for solar and digital products, even as more suppliers enter the market.

    Young Entrepreneurs Program

YEP is how this plan actually gets done.

Every outlet in our roadmap — present and future — is meant to be run by a small, trained local team, not managed remotely from head office. YEP is our name for that approach: identify capable young Nigerians in the communities we're entering, train them properly, and hand them real responsibility for running a Kenzel Solar outlet.

It's as much a growth strategy as a social one. Outlets run by people who are from the area, know it, and have a stake in it are simply better placed to sell, install and service solar and digital products there than a distant office ever could be.

    Where we're headed

A 20-year plan, taken one phase at a time.

    1. Phase I · 2025–2029

Establish the Umuahia flagship, prove the four product lines, and grow sales across South East Nigeria.

    2. Phase II · 2030–2034

Open dealer outlets across more Nigerian states, under a franchise model run by trained local teams.

    3. Phase III · 2035–2039

Extend the outlet network into the wider ECOWAS region.

    4. Phase IV · 2040–2044

Move into local light processing and manufacturing of key components, alongside continued distribution.

    Let's power your project.

Tell us about your home, business or institution and we'll size a system — or point you to the right product line.
